【Intended Use】
The purpose of this test kit is to find out the open
bovine at 28 days after fertilization. Accurate and timely
pregnancy testing of bovine is a crucial aspect of
modern herd reproduction management programs. By
conducting early pregnancy test on bovine, veterinari
ans and farm staff can identify non-pregnant individuals
and promptly re-breed them, thereby shortening the
calving interval and maximizing farm productivity and
profitability. This product utilizes the principle of dou
ble-antibody sandwich method and colloidal gold chro
matography detection. It can accurately detect preg
nancy in bovine as early as 28 days post-breeding and
is suitable for bovine over 85 days postpartum.

Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAG) are specific
proteins that appear in the peripheral blood of rumi
nant animals after pregnancy, playing a significant role
throughout the pregnancy process. In beef cattle and
cow research, the components of glycoproteins have
also been detected significantly beyond 28 days.
[PRINCIPLE OF THE ASSAY]
The Bovine Early Pregnancy Rapid Test utilizes the prin
ciples of antigen-antibody specific binding in immunol
ogy, employing colloidal gold immunochromatography
technology. Using a strip-like fibrous chromatographic
material as the solid phase, the test rapidly determines
the content of pregnancy-associated glycoprotein
(PAG) in whole blood by facilitating sample solution mi
gration through capillary action to a designated reaction and coloration area.

[TEST PROCEDURE]
-Allow all materials, including specimen and test device,
recover to 15-25℃ before running the assay.
