Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea (PED) virus antigen rapid test card
Catalog No. LSY-20109
1. Introduction
The Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea (PED) virus antigen rapid test card is based on colloidal gold immuno-chromatography technique to screening the Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea virus in pig feces sample quickly. When testing, the PED antigen in the sample combined the coated antibody on test card to form antigen antibody complexes, move into another head on NC membrane. When complexes arrived at T zone, the specific antibody on NC membrane capture the complexes, gradually coalesce into a visible T-line. The uncombined antibody passed the T zone, captured by the second antibody on C zone, forming a visible C line. C line appearing means immuno-chromatography happened, the test card is valid; T line appearing means there is Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea (PED) virus antigen in the sample.
2. Cross-reaction: No cross reaction with porcine parvovirus and pig rotavirus.
