Shenzhen Lvshiyuan Biotechnology Co.,Ltd（hereinafter referred to as LSY）, was founded in 2003, located in the National Marine Biological Industrial Park (Dapeng New District, Shenzhen), with an area of more than 20000 square meters according to GMP standards. We have established five branches in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou and the US.

Shenzhen Lvshiyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the global industrialization of biological reagent, specializing in the development and production of the most advanced food safety test kits, animal disease diagnostic kits, in vitro diagnostic kits(IVD) etc.

In addition to receiving the ISO9000 and ISO13485 certificates, LSY has also earned numerous qualification certificates, including those for the National and Shenzhen HI-TECH Enterprises, the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, the AAA-graded Credit Enterprise, the Medical Equipment Production License, the Medical Equipment Registration Certificate, and others. With Doctors and Bachelors serving as the foundation of our company, LSY has amassed a team of more than 200 employees in scientific research, production, marketing, and management, more than 50% of whom have bachelor's degrees or higher.

2003 - LSY was established in December 2003

2006 - One of the first enterprises to commercialize the creation of nitrofuran metabolite detection kits was LSY, which was also accredited with the ISO9001 quality management system certification.

2008 - The FDA of America, IRMM of European Union and the FAO have established long-term friendly cooperation with our company

2009 - LSY carried out research and development of rapid detection technology for the residues of harmful substances in aquaculture, and carried out an industry university research project with Southern Medical University to jointly develop recombinant antigen of Toxoplasma gondii

2011 - LSY officially move to National Biological Industrial Park of Marinellite, built production base and research platform in there according to GMP standards.

2013 - LSY was evaluated as Shenzhen Hi-Tech Enterprise and National Hi-Tech Enterprise.

2014 - LSY has obtained the international ISO9001:2008 re certification, the medical device manufacturer license, and the Silver Award for Biological/Life Health Industry Innovation Achievement

2015 - LSY awarded postdoctoral innovation practice base, got Swine FMDV Type O antibody ELISA kit patent.

2016 - The products of in vitro diagnostic reagents went on sale formally in July after LSY received the certificate of 3A enterprises credit grade (the highest level).

2017 - LSY obtained Medical Equipment Registration Certificate for several products successfully.

2018 - LSY upgraded its GMP-compliant production workshop and R&D centre and acquired a number of software copyrights.

2020 - In response to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in 2020, LSY quickly created a COVID-19 lgG/lgM rapid test kit, a SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test kit (colloidal gold), and attained CE and ISO13485 certifications.

2022 - With Shenzhen Boka Biotech, Shenzhen Jinyue Testing Technology, Dongguan Sumide, American branch roc biotechnology Inc., and Huizhou Huizhiyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as its five subsidiaries, LSY Group has started to take shape. Foreign trademarks from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, and Africa have been acquired by the company. In the first half of the year, the output value surpassed 600 million yuan.
