• Principle

The Feline Panleukopenia virus Antigen Rapid Test Card is based on immunochromatographic principle. The colloidal gold is labeled with anti-Feline Panleukopenia virus-specific monoclonal antibody, T line of packet NC film is labeled with another specific monoclonal panleukopenia virus, C line is coated with goat-anti-mouse polyclonal antibody. When the sample is positive, the specific monoclonal antibodies marked on the colloidal gold will bind panleukopenia virus, when chromatography to T line, capture by the antibody coated on T-line and appear a visible red stripe, when chromatography to the C line, the uncaught one will bind the coated goat -anti-mouse antibody at the C-line to form a red stripe. When the test sample is negative, only C line form a red stripe

3. Test Procedure

1) Use swab to collect sample from rectum, or directly from fresh feces;

2) Insert the swab into sample buffer, mix and stir to make it dissolved completely, use dropper to

take the supernatant (clear up-layer).

3) Take out test card, open package, put it on desk flatly, use dropper to absorb supernatant (clear up-layer), adding 2-3 drops slowly and accurately.

4) Read the result in 5~10min.
