This test strip is based on double antibody sandwich method, use immunochromatographic gold
labeling technique to detect Newcastle disease virus.

3. Operation
3.1 Sample preparation
1) Use swab to take respiratory secretions from the mouth of early period of poultry.
2) For serious sick poultry, take serum, or broken fluid from spleen tissue.
3) Vaccinated poultry infection occur, Time of collecting samples should be put off 6-14 days.
3.2 Operate procedure
1) Open sample collecting tube, insert swab.
2) Stir the swab until the sample dissolved in dilution buffer completely, discard the swab.
3) Take out the test card, put flatly on dry table.
4) Vertical the collecting tube after shake evenly, take supernatant and drop 2-3 drops of
supernatant (about 100~120μl) to the test card.
5) Read the result in 5 min, invalid in 10 min.
