This product is used for testing Tylosin in tissue sample qualitatively. The whole test is easy to operate with high sensitivity.

6. Principle

The Tylosin rapid test strip utilizes the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During the flow of Tylosin in the sample, it binds to a specific Tylosin monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the Tylosin BSA conjugate on the NC membrane testing line, resulting in a change in the color of the testing line.

7. Materials needed but not provided.

Equipment: homogenizer, vortex, centrifuge, measuring pipets, balance (a sensibility reciprocal of 0.01 g).

Reagents: 50ml centrifuge tube, tips

8.Sample preparation

1) Sample extract solution: Dilute 10X Sample extract solution with deionized water at 1:9. (1 part 10X Sample extract solution A + 9 parts deionized water)

2) Sample treatment

Take 3±0.05g homogenized tissue sample, add 3ml Sample extract solution, shake for 2min; then centrifuge at 4000r/min for 5min, take up-layer clear solution for test. (If there is adipose tissue in the tissue, take care not to take oil when taking liquid, take water phase).

9. Operation procedures

9.1 Read the instruction carefully before use. Return test strips and sample into room temperature.

9.2 Take bottles needed from the kit package, take out required microwells and strips, making proper marks. Please use these test strips within 1h. Seal the cap of the bottles, avoid moisture.

9.3 Take 200ul of the test samples into the micro-wells, then repeatedly pump and suck for many times, mix the sample with the reagent in the micro-wells completely until no solid judge by eyes (this is a very important step).

9.4 Incubate for 3min at room temperature (20-40℃), then insert the test strips into the micro-wells with the "MAX" end fully dipped in to the mixture solution.

9.5 Insert the test strips into micro-wells for 6min, then take out strips and read the result within 1min, it is invalid in other time.

11. Precautions

1) The test dipsticks can be used only once at room temperature, do not use test dipsticks out of expiry date.

2) The disposable tips cannot be reused, so as to avoid cross contamination.

3) Do not touch the white membrane surface in the middle of test dipsticks, avoid sunlight and fan blowing directly.

4) Tap water, distilled water, or deionized water cannot be used as negative controls.

5) Use the test dipsticks testing again for positive results.

6) Due to differences in samples, some testing lines may appear lighter or grayish in color, but as long as a red band appears, it can be determined.

12.Safety performance and garbage disposal

This product's test strips and packaging are non-toxic and harmless, and should be disposed of as dry waste after use; Tissue samples to be treated as wet garbage.

13. Storage and expiry date

Storage: Store at 2-8 ℃ in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.

Expiry date: 12 months; date of production is on box.
