1.2.Working principle
During detection, when the tested substance in the sample forms an immune complex with the fluorescently labeled antibody, and after the chromatography process, it is solidified in the detection area and the control area of the dry fluorescent immunoassay reagent card. The excitation light source illuminates the detection area and the quality control area of the reaction reagent card, and stimulates the solidified fluorescent complex to emit fluorescence, which is converted into current by the photodiode detection. The current intensity is proportional to the fluorescence intensity. The Handheld Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer automatically calculates the concentration of the sample to be measured by analyzing the strength of the current.
