1. Principle
English name: Colloidal Gold Strips to Detect the Antibody against Mycobacterium bovis MPB70/83.
Usage: It is used to detect the specific antibodies of Mycobacterium bovis MPB70 and MPB83 in bovine serum, and assist in the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis.
When testing, Tuberculosis Ab in sample combine with antigen coated by colloid gold forming complexes, moving forward to the other head. When reaching the T-line, the specific antigen on the membrane capture the complexes and appear a T line, C line appears, means the test is valid. The T line appears, means there is Tuberculosis Ab in the sample.

4. Operation procedures
4.1 Usage
4.1.1 Sample processing: Take the whole blood of animals. After the blood is coagulated, centrifuge it at 4000r/min for 5 minutes, and collect the supernatant. Or blood can also be collected and serum will be naturally precipitated after coagulation.
4.1.2 Operation steps: Take 70~100μL (2~3 drops of dropper) samples to be tested, slowly drop into the sample hole mark “S” on test card, there will be a red line moving on strip. If no line moves after one minute, add another drop of sample to be tested into the sample hole. Observe the results within 10~30 minutes.
4.2 Results Judgement
Negative(-): no color reaction on Test Line (T Line),only on Control Line(C Line) being seen red color reaction. It means there is no TB antibody in the sample.
Positive(+): Both on T Line and C line being seen red color reaction. It means there is TB antibody in the sample.
Invalid: No color reaction on C Line. It means the operation is wrong or the test card is invalid. Test again, if continue happen, contact us.
5. Notice
(1) If the sealing bag of the test strip is damaged, do not use it.
(2) Do not eat, drink or smoke during the test.
(3) Please wear protective gloves when handling samples. Wash your hands thoroughly after the test.
(4) After the test, please fully disinfect or incinerate the test strip.
6.Storage and expiry date
Storage: Store at 2-30 ℃ in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.
Expiry date: 24 months; date of production is on box.
