Glyphosate Rapid Test Card
Product Code:GN79AE3
【Introduction】
This product is suitable for the rapid detection of Glyphosate residues in tea leaf. The test features simple operation, high sensitivity, and the entire testing process takes only 10 minutes, making it suitable for on-site and laboratory rapid testing.
【Limit of Detection】
1mg/kg(ppm)
【Scope of Application】
Applicable to tea leaves, finished tea products.
【Batch No. and Manufacturing Date】
Please refer to the packaging and the outer carton.
【Test Principle】
The Glyphosate Rapid Test Card is based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During chromatographic migration, Glyphosate in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled Glyphosate-specific monoclonal antibody, thereby inhibiting the binding between the antibody and the Glyphosate–BSA conjugateimmobilized on the test line of the NC membrane, resulting in changes in the color intensity of the test line.
【Components】
| 1 | Glyphosate Rapid Test Card | 20 Tests/Kit |
| 2 | Glyphosate micro-well | 20 Pcs/Kit |
| 3 | Instructions for use | 1 Copy |
| 4 | Disposable plastic droppers | 20 Pcs |
【Required Equipment】
Electronic balance (accuracy ≥ 0.1 g), scissors, single-channel micropipettes (100–1000 μL, 20–200 μL), vortex mixer.
【Sample Preparation】
Weigh 1 g of the tea sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube (leaf should be cut into pieces of approximately 1 cm × 1 cm). Add 5 mL of sample extraction solution, mix gently by hand (vigorous shaking is prohibited) for 2 minutes, pour out the sample solution, let it stand for 2 minutes, and then proceed with the test (if the soaking solution is turbid or contains too many impurities, filter it before testing).
【Test Procedure】
3. Allow the reaction to proceed. After 5 minutes, interpret the result according to the diagram. Results read at other times are invalid.
【Result Interpretation】
Negative:
The color intensity of the T line is stronger than or similar to that of the C line, indicating that Glyphosate is not present in the sample or its concentration is below the detection limit.
Positive:
The color intensity of the T line is obviously weaker than that of the C line, or the T line does not appear, indicating that the Glyphosate concentration in the sample is equal to or higher than the detection limit.
Invalid:
The C line does not appear regardless of whether the T line appears, indicating that the test card is invalid, expired, or the operation was improper. The test must be repeated. If this occurs repeatedly, please contact our company.

【Precautions】
1. The test card is for single use at room temperature; do not use expired test cards.
2. Disposable plastic droppers must not be reused to avoid cross-contamination.
3. During use, avoid touching the white membrane area in the center of the test card; avoid direct sunlight and direct airflow from fans.
4. Tap water, distilled water, or deionized water must not be used as negative controls.
5. If a positive result is obtained, it is recommended to retest once.
6. If any problems occur during testing, please contact our company.
【Specificity】
This product shows no cross-reactivity with other pesticides such as carbofuran, carbendazim, and chlorpyrifos, etc.
【Storage Conditions】
Store sealed, dry, and protected from light at 2–30°C. Do not freeze.
Shelf life: 12 months.
【Safety Statement】
This product does not contain carcinogenic, highly toxic, flammable, explosive, or strongly corrosive reagents.
