1. Brief

This product is used for testing Pirlimycin in dairy products qualitatively. The whole test only needs 10min, easy to operate with high sensitivity.

4. Application

Dairy products: fresh milk, pasteurized milk, pure cow/goat milk, whole milk powder (dissolve 1g of milk powder in 9ml of pure water and mix thoroughly)

7. Principle

The Pirlimycin Rapid Test Strip is based on competitive inhibition immuno-chromatographic principle. In the flow process, Pirlimycin in the sample combined with Pirlimycin specific colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, Inhibit the combination between antibody and Pirlimycin-BSA conjugate on Test line of NC membrane, lead to the color depth variation of the testing line.

Instruments: Micropipette, 1 incubator, 1 Reader (optional), timer.

9. Operation procedures

1) Read the instruction carefully, return the test strip and sample to room temperature before use.

2) Take out tube, open it and take out the required number of micro-wells and test strips, and mark them properly. Please use it as soon as possible within 1 hour. After taking out the reagent, please immediately cover the remaining micro-wells and strips lid to prevent the remaining reagent from getting damp.

3) Use a micropipette to pipette 200 µl of the sample into the micro-well, gently pipette up and down for 5 times until the mixture is uniform, and observe with the naked eye that there is no solid substance(this step is very important).

4) After incubating with a incubator (40±2℃) for 5 minutes, insert the test strip into the micro-well (with the MAX line end facing downwards, allowing it to be fully immersed in the solution).

5) After immersing the test strip in the micro-well for 5 minutes, interpret the results according to the schematic diagram. Please interpret the results within 1 minutes, otherwise interpretation will be invalid.

11. Precautions

1) The test strip can be used only once at room temperature, do not use test strips out of expiry date.

2) Please seal the tube after taking out required test strips. If could not use all 8 micro-wells at once, cup the rest and put it back to tube and sealed.

3) Do not touch the white membrane surface in the middle of test strip, avoid sunlight and fan blowing directly.

4) Milk samples should be fully liquid without any agglomeration and deposition.

5) Use the test strips testing again for positive results.

6) Milk samples with high fat content may have slower chromatography speed. It is recommended to extend the reaction time for the second step by 1 minute.

12. Safety performance and garbage disposal

This product's test strips and packaging are non-toxic and harmless. After use, they should be disposed of as dry waste.

13. Storage and expiry date

Storage: Store at 2-8 ℃ in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.

Expiry date: 12 months; date of production is on box.
