1. Brief

This product is used for testing Histamine residue in aquatic products tissue sample qualitatively. The total test time only need 15 ~20mins. High sensitivity, easy to operate.

Poultry and Livestock tissue: tissue of pig, cow, sheep, chicken, duck, goose, etc.

6. Principle

The histamine rapid test card applies the principle of competitive suppression immunochromatography, and the histamine in the sample binds to the specific histamine monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, which inhibits the binding of the antibody and the histamine-BSA conjugate on the NC membrane testing line, resulting in the color change of the testing line.

7.Required equipment and consumables

Instruments: electronic balance, centrifuge, micropipette, vortex shaker, homogenizer.

Consumables: 50ml centrifuge tube, disposable tips.

8. Sample treatment

Weigh 3g ± 0.05g of tissue (homogenized by cutting), add 3ml of Sample extracting buffer, shake for 2 minutes, centrifuge at 4000rpm for 5 minutes, take supernatant for testing.

9. Operation procedures

9.1 Read the instructions carefully and return test card and sample into room temperature before testing.

9.2 Take necessary test card on desk flatly, make mark and use it in 1 hour.

9.3 Place the test card flatly and use a disposable plastic dropper to vertically add 2 drops (or use a micropipette to transfer 80μl) Sample into the sampling well.

9.4 Wait for 5 min, then read the result.

9.5 Read result within 1min according to the picture, it’s invalid at other time.

11. Precautions

1) The test card can be used only once at room temperature, do not use test card out of expiry date.

2) Every test cassette and dropper is single use only, to avoid cross pollution.

3) Do not touch the white membrane surface in the middle of test card, avoid sunlight and fan blowing directly.

4) Tap water, distilled water or deionized water cannot be taken as negative control sample.

5) Use this card to test again when get positive result

6) Due to differences in samples, some test line may appear light or gray in color, but as long as a red band appears, it can be determined.

12. Safety performance and garbage disposal

The test card and its packaging are non-toxic and harmless. After use, dispose of them as dry waste; Tissue sample to be treated as wet waste.

13. Storage and expiry date

Storage: Store at 4-30 ℃ in sealed, dry, dark, no frozen.

Expiry date: 12 months; date of production is on box.
